We Help Ourselves Hunter operates a residential Therapeutic Community for men & women within the Cessnock area.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to provide service operations under the direction of the manager.
The role requires effective communication, coordination and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, experience in case management, training and supervision of staff. Strong administration skills to provide a range of reports in relation to established KPIs, experience with informational management systems, and the maintenance of client records is needed.
Further requirements include overseeing the therapeutic program, assisting the manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the service and experience in working with substance dependence/mental health clients with complex needs.

Remuneration: Negotiated based on qualifications and experience equivalent to SACS Award.
