The Evaluation Coordinator is a new role focusing on supporting the development and implementation of an evaluation framework for multi-dimensional intake and integrated legal practices within particular projects as well as across the organisation. WCC has embarked on a new journey to integrate legal service into other programs areas connected to the organisation’s strategic priorities. This includes embedding a community lawyer within the youth, gender equity, multicultural and social justice teams. WCC would like to understand whether and how this way of working impacts on client outcomes and the organisation’s capacity to identify and respond to community needs within a holistic framework. The Evaluation Coordinator will also support the development of a learning and continuous quality improvement culture at WCC by building knowledge and capacity across the organisation.
