The role

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead a sector-evolving project that aims to be a proof of concept for work-integrated social enterprise. In this role, you'll have the unique combination of both being awesome with data and leadership - both internally to White Box and with varied stakeholders including social enterprises, government and investor groups.

You'll lead the end-to-end project, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate broadly — always focused on real outcomes and lasting impact.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the end-to-end project, having a thorough understanding of project specifications and being able to guide and influence those you work with to achieving desired results.
• Extracting and analysing financial information to inform project progress and delivering accurate progress reports and recommendations to external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to lead the financial and quantitative modelling in relation to performance scenarios and budget updates.
• Build genuine relationships with external stakeholders and walk side-by-side with them through the project and future initiatives.

• Numbers are your jam – you are at ease working with complex data sets and financial models 
• Relational leadership – you are comfortable meeting new people and working with them to jointly develop value-adding programs and approaches  
• Analysis and synthesis – you are able to comprehend new concepts and information quickly, analyse for meaning and extrapolate actionable insights 
• Effective communicator – you can formulate ideas and communicate them in written and verbal formats in ways that are easy to understand for a wide audience 
• Team player – you value collaborative, trust-based relationships and favour collective achievements over individual success. You also work within our values.
• Bonus points if you have experience working with social enterprises or disability groups.
