WeSupportU is currently seeking a highly motivated Provisional Psychologist to join our vibrant organisation in the Intensive Therapeutic Support team. WeSupportU’s Provisional Psychologists provide person-centred therapy services to children, young people, and adults with a disability as part of the Behaviour Support and Complex Care service.

WeSupportU is a registered NDIS Service Provider servicing Bayside and Peninsula Melbourne. WeSupportU employs more than 50 multi-disciplinary team members with a passion for ensuring best outcomes for people living with disabilities. At WeSupportU, we provide high impact, evidence-based interventions in a coordinated and flexible approach that values the voice of all our participants.

To be successful in the position you will need:

  • tertiary qualifications in psychology with membership of AHPRA
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • an understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • the ability to manage a caseload, and
  • a commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention approaches
