The Role

As an Adult Services Team Leader in Wagga Wagga, you will:

• Empower & Lead: Guide a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality, safe services to vulnerable persons in our community.
• Coach & Mentor: Offer on-the-job training and guidance to build a versatile and skilled team.
• Manage Performance: Utilise your experience to inspire excellence and deliver consistent support.
• Drive Efficiency: Ensure effective administrative processes, including quality reporting, planning, and record-keeping.

• Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High EQ: Advanced problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and positive interaction skills.

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
