About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Business Data Analyst within our Dubbo office.

Initially the position will assist Westhaven Ltd in accelerating a number of large billing activities. The Business Data Analyst will play an ongoing vital role in generating and presenting insights from various data sources. They will also be responsible for supporting the delivery of tactical and strategic analytic solutions across a variety of departments within the organisation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Making recommendations based on trends and opportunities for growth through the analysis of complex data
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users of data, ensuring they understand outputs and outcomes of your analysis

Skills & Experience:

• MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia
• Minimum 3 years working in a similar role
• Experienced in enabling, improving and/or transforming business processes by leveraging digital and automation technologies and a broader use and context of digitised data
• Is a natural problem solver, analytical mind and out-of-the-box thinker who can always find opportunities from challenges
• Experienced in process automation & optimisation
• Current Working with Children Check and National Criminal Record Check (Working with Vulnerable persons)
• Current and up-to-date Driver’s Licence
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
