About the role

In response to COVID-19 and further support for our community, this position is a key role in the ongoing mobilisation of our COVID response teams, who deliver various services to communities we support. You will lead the cohealth's workforce planning, adapting its approach to encompass the needs of the Experience Network stakeholders, whilst overseeing the associated resourcing, industrial relations and WHS needs.

Key duties:

  • Workforce Planning of known and not yet known/scoped covid response teams (inc role design, classification, costing, cost & availability modelling and mapping);
  • Mobilisation of agile, lean teams in compliance with cohealth IR Frameworks;
  • Job Design in accordance with cohealth industrial agreements;
  • Risk assessment and navigation of IR complexities associated with mobilisation and ongoing operation of covid response structures;
  • Engage with Experience Network stakeholders to scope and navigate any new needs around new workforces (OHS assessments, quality models, community engagement, induction, etc);
  • Lead Covid Response teams' resourcing plans. Work with HR Partner to ensure suitable rosters, within budget are in place and revised upon request (often at short notice);
  • Lead resourcing model per team that complies with cohealth principles, ensure excellent record-keeping in real-time;
  • Develop systems and processes to support awareness of workforce availability, skills matrix's, resourcing requests, connect our roles with community cohorts/talent pools, other innovations that enable covid response teams; and
  • Identify and lead recruitment processes, internal and external to suitably mobilise, and continually resource teams.

Position Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Victoria Police Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
  • Experience coordinating support for people with complex needs
  • Sound decision-making skills with a focus on identifying and understanding issues, strengths and opportunities
  • Be competent with computer systems and other technology relevant to the position
  • This role is required to undertake regular covid 19 tests and share the results with cohealth to ensure suitable support of incumbents health and minimise risk of spread within cohealth
