This is an outward and inward facing role that requires effective communication across varied stakeholders including workshop participants, artist facilitators, parents and carers, staff, venues, potential partners and program funders. Their work supports Arts Gen's meaningful reach, including program design, promotion, marketing, evaluation and engagement of community members.
They support the development and implementation of Arts Gen workshop programs through undertaking community and stakeholder engagement (and documentation of this), regular liaison with and support to community artists, including providing training and skill development and facilitating reporting and acquittal.
