About the role

HRAR - High Risk Accommodation Response for COVID is a newly funded program designed to support accommodation providers to prevent COVID 19. The program is an end to end program that works with each accommodation area to assess readiness, support readiness and in the event of an outbreak manage the situation.

As the Testing Clinics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational functioning, risk management and clinical governance of the COVID testing clinics run by cohealth. There are currently 7 fixed clinics, 3 High Rise testing Clinics and the requirement to set up mobile clinics at the request of the DHHS. The role will include results management for cohealth testing clinics, rostering of testing clinics, development of protocols, procedures and workflows and induction of personnel to the role and responsibilities for each testing site.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate the setting up of each testing clinic, fixed or mobile.
  • Ensure effective clinical leads are rostered to support the functioning and clinical oversight of each clinic.
  • Effectively communicate at all levels across the organisation to promote effective team functioning.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership, communication, negotiation and organisational skills

About you

  • Broad clinical and senior management experience
  • Registered Nurse Div 1 or 2 or similar with experience in a covid setting
  • Up to date infection prevention and control practice and experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and understanding each day can be very different
  • Experience leading a team
