THE ROLE

Due to our continuous success we are seeking an experienced “can do” person to fill the position of Clinical Care & Services – Registered Nurse. The Clinical Care & Services – Registered Nurse we are seeking will be caring, dynamic, competent and capable in working with people receiving Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program and or NDIS services.

Based in the Port Lincoln office, the primary focus of this role will be to work in partnership with consumers and services providers, facilitating clinical nursing assessments, care planning and monitoring of deteriorating conditions for the delivery of safe and effective personal care, or both personal care and clinical care, in accordance with the consumer’s needs, goals and preferences to optimise health and wellbeing.

The successful applicant will benefit from having exceptional consumer focused customer service skills and be experienced in working in a fast-paced environment, always striving for excellence in the delivery of care and services. The person appointed to this role will demonstrate flexibility, have an eye for detail and a genuine commitment to getting the job done in a timely manner.

Experience in aged care and/or disability support services is highly desirable.

A nursing registration, first aid certificate, above average computer skills, current driver’s license and willingness to gain DCSI Employment Screenings is required.

The position is full time 1.0 FTE based at our Port Lincoln office.
