Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Align one’s workplace behaviour in accordance with the WMQ Model of Care, the Wesley Charter and Wesley Mission Queensland’s Vision, Mission and Values.
  2. Liaise with a range of stakeholders including men seeking support, volunteer mentors, service providers and community members.
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders via emails, phone calls and face to face engagement and provide information about the Marcus Mission Program.
  4. Conduct phone screening interviews with men seeking support and men looking to become volunteer mentors.
  5. Maintain accurate records in regard to group work programs, client contact, volunteer details and enquiries utilising the WMQ IRIS information system.
  6. Support program operations and communications using programs such as Eventbrite, Survey Monkey, MailChimp, Microsoft Office and Facebook.
  7. Where required carry out tasks as reasonably directed by the Program Coordinator.
  8. Participate in activities that further individual professional development and learning.
