About the opportunity

Operating in a dynamic environment, this role will focus on the provision of proactive administrative support services to the General Manager, Services NSW and ACT to support the delivery of key strategic and operational outcomes.

Your well-honed organisation skills will be an asset as this role will require you to provide proactive email, diary and appointment management as well as facilitation of meetings, including scheduling, set up, circulation of agendas, meeting minutes and action items. You are someone who is comfortable working within tight timelines whilst maintaining a high level of communication throughout and be able to deliver effective support services in a welcoming and professional manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications, or equivalent 3 years experience
  • Current valid Driver's License is desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Right to Work within Australia
  • Evidence of, or a willingness to undergo a National Police Records Check, Working with Children Check - Employee and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • COVID booster vaccination certificate or valid medical exemption
