Our Disability division has experienced significant growth over the last 2 years since its inception – we’ve grown from supporting one participant to over 100 participants, with the number increasing daily. As such, we are seeking expressions of interest from passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team. Employment is on a casual basis and your hours are expected to increase over time as referrals come in. If you’re looking for something a little more irregular, we are also taking expressions of interest for our on-call pool of workers.
Before you apply, please note that you may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends. Your role will be to provide one-on-one support in various activities to individuals with a wide range of disabilities who receive funding through the NDIS and who receive a service from WCIG.
If you want to join our team, please click Apply Now. If you want to find out more, please contact Carmen Wong – HR Coordinator on 03 9689 3437. Due to the anticipated high volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. Previous applicants need not apply again, your application will be taken into consideration.
