wayss is a leading provider of family violence, homelessness and housing services in Melbourne’s south east, supporting women, children and families across Greater Dandenong, Frankston, Casey and Cardinia.
We are seeking a committed Practitioner to join The Orange Door integrated team, supporting individuals and families experiencing family violence and vulnerability.
The Orange Door is Victoria’s integrated access point for people experiencing or using family violence, and for families requiring support with child wellbeing.
The Southern Melbourne Area Orange Door services Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia. Practitioners may be required to work across these locations to meet operational needs.
Reporting to the Integrated Team Leader, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering intake, assessment, risk assessment and safety planning.
Deliver timely, coordinated MARAM‑guided responses to women, children, young people and families, including face‑to‑face and telephone support as part of a duty roster.

Rec 209 pathways include: degree‑qualified practitioners, those with five years relevant experience, recognised related qualifications, exemption status, or significant cultural knowledge and lived experience.
