We are seeking a Children’s Resource Program (CRP) Networker to support children experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness and family violence across the Southeast and Bayside Peninsula regions.

About the role

As part of the Statewide Children’s Resource Program, you will:

• Act as a key link between the regional and statewide CRP network
• Increase awareness of the impact of homelessness and family violence on children
• Champion children as clients in their own right across the homelessness and family violence sectors
• Build sector capacity through training, secondary consultation, resource development and networking
• Support equitable, child‑centred service responses regardless of location, culture, gender or circumstance
• Provide brokerage support and ensure accurate program reporting and data collection

About you

You will bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Social Work or a related discipline
• Experience working with vulnerable children and families within homelessness, family violence or allied services
• A strong understanding of trauma‑informed practice and children’s experiences of trauma
• Proven ability to network, advocate and build partnerships across diverse communities
• Confidence facilitating workshops, forums or children‑focused activities
• Strong administration, reporting and Microsoft Office skills
• A collaborative, values‑driven approach aligned with child safety and inclusion

A current Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Check, and successful completion of pre‑employment screening are required.
