We currently support over 300 people living with disabilities across our 2 sites, Notting Hill, and Hallam. We have employment opportunities in packaging, assembly, warehouse, gardening, catering. Providing innovative and meaningful employment for people living with a disability in a supported work environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity either part-time or full-time, working within a supportive and collaborative HR team. This role will play an instrumental role in providing HR guidance and support across the organisation. Collaborate on various strategic HR initiatives, coaching for best practice, and capability uplift to drive organisational success.

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Professional that can demonstrate experience with the following:

  • Providing advice and support to managers on managing staffing and performance matters.
  • Managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Undertaking workplace investigations to ensure a safe workplace and providing effective recommendations.
  • Advising management on Human Resources best practice and organisation policy and procedures.

About you

  • A passion for providing an expert and professional Employee Relations service
  • Comfortable working at pace, handling multiple cases at a time
  • Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Employee Relations / Industrial Relations or employment law (desirable)
  • Extensive experience providing advice and support to managers in an ER / HR capacity
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise workload and align to business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and partner with key internal stakeholders
  • Solutions focused with a strong customer / Stakeholder orientation
