We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate Case Worker to join our Thrive program that services the Wheatbelt area and is based at our office in Northam
Thrive is a program for tenants in Aboriginal housing and public housing. Taking a holistic approach to enhancing people’s lives by looking at the wider needs of the individual. It has a strong focus on early intervention, supporting people to identify and tackle problems before they become too great.
The program assists clients to improve their life skills, increase their ability to manage their household independently and participate in their community.

The successful candidate will hold a degree level qualification in a human services field and demonstrate the following skills and experience:
This role is responsible for the assessment and case management of families and individuals (where there are complex needs including mental health, disability, drug and alcohol and child protection issues) to prevent homelessness, increase self-reliance and build capacity to live independently.
