Victoria People Solutions (VPS) are looking for experienced, organised and passionate House Supervisors to join our amazing team in Western Melbourne (Caroline Springs)!
A key role of a House Supervisor is to manage the day-to-day running of a house where our participant live; you will manage their supports and support worker team.
The position we have available requires solid experience in managing people, report writing and the ability to manage a broad range of daily responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team to assist participants living with a disability in their Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. This role will have a large degree of ownership for a range of tasks as well as being part of a broader care team which will ensure positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with participants who have complex needs and behaviours. You will feel confident in leading a team of support workers to support them to understand the participants needs, as well as implementing strategies as recommended by the care team.

Lead a team to achieve positive outcomes for clients in a residential setting
Work collaboratively with families and other care providers
Coordinate a range of day-to-day tasks including compliance, medication management, weekly reporting and general house duties
Ensuring that services are consistent with the VPS values including all relevant policies and procedures
