Position Responsibilities

Membership administration

Coordinating Victoria’s membership to support growth, and participation in and satisfaction with our programs and services. Including:

  • Coordinate membership database transition to Members (CRM)
  • Support the CPD renewal process
  • Administration of membership inquiries
  • Support the annual membership renewal process

Financial and contract administration

Providing administration of the organisation’s financial and contract compliance.

  • Processing financial transactions through Xero in a timely fashion (e.g. invoices, bills etc.)
  • Providing support on other finance and contract administration requirements as they arise

Other administration

Providing general administration support to the organisation’s performance and delivery.

  • Support our administration of Mailchimp
  • Answer and respond to telephone inquiries about volunteering roles etc.
  • Contribute to the planning, development and assessment of administrative procedures and practices to achieve continuous growth and improvements in core performance
