Position Responsibilities
Membership administration
Coordinating Victoria’s membership to support growth, and participation in and satisfaction with our programs and services. Including:
- Coordinate membership database transition to Members (CRM)
- Support the CPD renewal process
- Administration of membership inquiries
- Support the annual membership renewal process
Financial and contract administration
Providing administration of the organisation’s financial and contract compliance.
- Processing financial transactions through Xero in a timely fashion (e.g. invoices, bills etc.)
- Providing support on other finance and contract administration requirements as they arise
Other administration
Providing general administration support to the organisation’s performance and delivery.
- Support our administration of Mailchimp
- Answer and respond to telephone inquiries about volunteering roles etc.
- Contribute to the planning, development and assessment of administrative procedures and practices to achieve continuous growth and improvements in core performance
