The role

As our next Senior Team Leader and working within the vision and values of UMFC, you will provide a high level of leadership and be accountable for the planning and effective operation of the Carer, Aged and Disability Service. You will play a crucial role in supporting a positive workplace culture, effective teamwork, professional development and the well-being of paid employees and volunteers.

Your Experience

To be eligible for this role, a tertiary qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Sciences, Social Work or equivalent is required.

You will be a person who brings not just formal expertise, but a strong understanding of the Community Services Sector including legal obligations, service delivery standards, trends and challenges.

Your open communication and strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are paramount in effectively liaising with stakeholders. Your extensive experience in the supervision of employees will build and strengthen the connection and development of effective teams.

Your ability to influence and engage employees to achieve successful outcomes, lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives will be highly desirable.
