About Untapped
The Untapped autism employment programs provide a pathway to sustainable employment and careers for autistic individuals. There is an unacceptably high rate of unemployment in the autistic community. We partner with Government Departments and Corporate Businesses to build environments that support and embrace the talents and skills of people on the autism spectrum. The program actively works to change the perception of employers regarding the value of embracing neurodiversity in the workplace. There are a variety of models of program delivery, all include the ASC role. An important part of the success and sustainability of Untapped’s employment programs is the provision of an Autism Spectrum Consultant working alongside our autistic employees.
