UNLESS Financial is a B Corp financial advice business helping people make confident decisions about their money, their future, and the kind of world they want to help build.

We're looking for an experienced financial advice professional to help us design the next stage of our impact-focused advice business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving operational challenges, and helping teams work smarter. You'll work closely with our CEO, advisers and team to improve workflows, embed practical AI and automation, strengthen client experience, and help build a more scalable advice business.

Over time, you'll also support selected referral and strategic partnerships with values-aligned professionals and organisations.

What you'll do

• Improve advice workflows and operational processes
• Support advisers and enhance the client experience
• Reduce manual work through better systems, automation and AI
• Strengthen implementation, documentation and compliance-ready processes
• Improve onboarding, reviews and client communications
• Help build scalable systems that support future growth
• Support selected strategic and referral partnerships

About you

You'll bring:

• 8+ years' experience in financial advice or financial services
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end advice process
• Experience improving operations, workflows, implementation or client service delivery
• Knowledge of advice quality, compliance and documentation requirements
• Experience with advice technology, CRM, workflow or AI tools
• Strong project management and implementation skills
• A practical, collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Genuine alignment with social and environmental impact

RG146 compliance and experience working with referral partners or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.

This Sydney-based role requires a regular presence in our CBD office (minimum 40% office rhythm).
