The Snow Vision Accelerator at the University of Sydney is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Officer to support the coordination and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, programs and stakeholder initiatives.
Reporting into the Snow Vision Accelerator Program Manager, you will provide operational project management support across multiple workstreams, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role will see you coordinate project activities, manage logistics, support stakeholder engagement and contribute to the successful delivery of key events, including annual symposiums, workshops and research-focused initiatives.
You will play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, industry partners and collaborators, while also supporting communications, reporting and administrative activities. This position is well-suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys networking and interacting with relevant stakeholders, and can work both independently and autonomously to achieve outcomes.
