The Opportunity

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the delivery of business outcomes as determined from the Information Management (IM) Program of Works. This role will question business requests in a constructive manner and develop solutions in line with technologies and IM direction.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the IM team in the delivery of quality services
  • Accomplish IM team results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, training, appraising results, coaching and counselling
  • Continually assess and manage the team and project resource requirements in line with the IM Program of Works
  • Convert business initiatives into project plans in line with the IS Governance Framework, business obligations, requirements and constraints
  • Manage the IM Program of Works and prioritise, develop and implement projects to deliver outcomes on time and within budget
  • Be organised, influence and negotiate with stakeholders for conflicting priorities and commitments to facilitate compromises and share outcomes

The successful applicant will have a minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Business or related field, along with relevant project management and business analysis certifications. 

You will have proven ability to create, execute, and deliver complex programs of work and change initiatives, and be responsible and agile to changing and emerging priorities.
