About the role:

Reporting directly to the Workforce Strategy and Organisational Design Lead, this role plays a key part of the workforce planning team.

This team, in collaboration with other key HR functions, is responsible for providing advice and guidance to the business on addressing key workforce challenges and opportunities based on market research and internal analysis.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Ability to develop and manage a standard project planning process that articulates strategic, tactical, and financial goals, plans and dependencies
  • Skilled at navigating a complex organisation, forging relationships, and managing through influence rather than direct authority
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates consulting, prioritisation, planning, and project management skills
