About Uniting Hawkesbury Richmond

• Households of 18–25 residents, including a Memory Support Unit
• Leisure & Lifestyle Team delivering meaningful, engaging activities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care, support, and companionship to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing
• Assist with daily living: showering, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility
• Support medication, simple wound care, and community activities
• Engage residents in social and recreational programs that are meaningful

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
• Experience in Aged Care or Community Care (desirable)
• Empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about elderly care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, inclusive environment
