Ngurambang is an Aboriginal service established to provide case management and support for Aboriginal children and young people. Meaning "Country or Home" in Wiradjuri language. Ngurambang is currently supported by Uniting and operates in Western New South Wales with a focus on Dubbo, Narromine, and Wellington.
Ngurambang PSP Intensive Family Preservation aims to keep children and young people in their home in a safe, stable and nurturing family or relative/kinship environment. This is a permanent full time role based in Dubbo, NSW. You will be responsible for providing assessment, intensive home visiting, crisis management, and longer term casework as per the Homebuilders Model to families at high risk of having their children removed into care for protective concerns or having their children restored to their care.
This is an Aboriginal Identified role. Having an understanding of your local community and key Aboriginal stakeholders in your community is essential.

This role is located with the regional team where 40% of staff are Aboriginal in culturally supportive and team based space. The Salary range for this role is: $74,584-$78,215 (dependent on experience) + super + salary packaging.
