Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our Recruitment team by crafting and executing strategies to position Uniting as an employer of choice, driving recruitment success and fostering brand engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operational leaders and enabling functions to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for recruitment purposes.
  • Utilise market insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
  • Create compelling marketing materials tailored to engage diverse audiences across multiple channels.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence and reach target demographics effectively.
  • Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage marketing budgets in coordination with the Head of Talent & Workforce Planning to maximize ROI and achieve objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and secure promotional opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to assess and improve recruitment practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and adapt marketing strategies for optimal results.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing, with a focus on recruitment strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, systematic, and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and prioritise customer outcomes.
  • Proven track record of leading innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex organisations and managing through influence.
  • Continuous commitment to personal and professional development.
