This is more than a marketing leadership role. It's an opportunity to shape how older Australians and their families discover, engage with and choose Uniting's Seniors Services, spanning Residential Aged Care and Home Care.
As our Marketing Lead – Seniors Services, you'll lead and develop a high-performing marketing team while partnering with senior leaders to drive growth across one of Uniting's most significant service portfolios. Using customer insight, digital innovation and emerging technologies, you'll create marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes while helping more people access the care and support they need.
You'll also play an important role in positioning Uniting as a trusted leader in ageing, through compelling communications, content and thought leadership.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you'll work closely with senior leaders across Residential Aged Care and Home Care to influence strategy, shape customer experiences and drive sustainable growth.
We're looking for a marketing leader who enjoys exploring new ideas, testing emerging technologies and finding better ways to connect with customers.
Whether it's using AI to uncover customer insights, personalise campaigns, improve marketing performance or help teams work smarter, you'll be excited by the possibilities and practical enough to know where it creates real value.
You'll use customer insight, market intelligence, digital channels and emerging technologies, including Ai to strengthen brand preference, increase enquiries, improve customer experiences and deliver sustainable growth across our Seniors Services portfolio.
Experience within Seniors services, healthcare or another complex consumer service environment will help you get up to speed quickly. If you've built your career in another sector and can demonstrate transferable experience delivering customer-focused growth strategies, we'd still love to hear from you.
