Based in Parramatta, you will support continuous learning through the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and the development and growth of a highly engaging and effective employee learning portal.

Through excellence in customer service and coordination activities, you will promote the employee learning portal as an effective, efficient, viable modality for learning.

You will collaborate with the Learning and Development teams and internal clients in the development and execution of a highly functioning employee learning portal.

Further to this you will contribute to the development and implementation of programs and projects which enhance employee capability and learning outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated knowledge and/or experience managing LMS systems and learning portals
  • Proficiency using multi-media technology to enhance training and learning experiences
  • Sound knowledge of Learning and Development functions, practice, policies, programs and technologies
  • Highly developed reporting and analysis skills with highly developed Excel skills with VBA an advantage
