The Household Living Coach plays a key leadership role in bringing person‑centred care to life within our homes. Working closely with care teams and Homemakers, this role supports and strengthens everyday practice through coaching, education, and mentoring.
You will be highly visible in the households, building team capability, ensuring high standards of care, and fostering a culture where residents’ choices, wellbeing, and goals are at the centre of everything we do.
