Position Overview:

As a Care Worker in Hotel Services, you’ll play a key role in supporting independence, dignity, and comfort by providing essential services such as Catering, Cleaning, and Laundry, helping to create a positive and enriching daily experience for our residents. This is a varied role across Kitchen, Cleaning and Laundry services, requiring flexibility and adaptability to work across all areas.

Enjoy a consistent weekday roster, with the opportunity to pick up weekend shifts if availability allows. Hours and days will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate III in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification. (Not Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in hospitality or food services – whether in catering, cooking, kitchenhand roles, or cleaning will be highly regarded.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and a passion for preparing quality, nutritious meals.
• Previous experience in community care or aged care is a bonus.
• You’re empathetic, adaptable, and resourceful, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
