About Uniting Goonellabah:

Position Overview:

As a Care Worker in Hotel Services, you’ll play a key role in supporting independence, dignity, and comfort by providing essential services in catering to create a positive and enriching daily experience for our residents. Play a key role in enhancing resident wellbeing through nutritious meals and support. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate III in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification. (Preferred, not mandatory)
• Minimum 3 months experience in in hospitality or food services – whether in catering, cooking or kitchen-hand roles. (Training will be provided however you will need a good understanding of the basics)
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and a passion for preparing quality, nutritious meals.
• Previous experience in community care or aged care is a bonus.
• You’re empathetic, adaptable, and resourceful, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
