We actively advocate for the right of every senior to age in comfort and dignity, wherever and however they live. We value diversity and always welcome everyone, exactly as they are.
In this role, you’ll provide quality care and companionship for Aboriginal Elders and the broader community in their own homes, empowering their independence and improving their quality of life in Tuggeranong and Surrounding areas. You’ll be required to travel to clients' homes and communities, using your own car.
Appropriate cultural knowledge and understanding of First Nations history, challenges and protocols is important to deliver effectively in this role. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.
