We are currently seeking a passionate and supportive Family Caseworker to join our “Supporting Families Program” in our Central Coast team.
This role is responsible for providing culturally responsive “short-term” case work to vulnerable families with children aged 0 to 11 years living on the Central Coast. The Supporting Families program sits within the Early Intervention team based at Wyong.
This role requires motivated, sensitive, and nurturing professionals who are passionate to work collaboratively within our team and to develop safe relationships that supports vulnerable families.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families are over represented in the child protection system and are considered to be a key target of Early Intervention services. Appropriate cultural knowledge and understanding is important to deliver effectively in this role.
