This is a permanent part-time role of at least 10 hours per week or more (fortnightly roster) to work with NDIS participants living independently in a 24-hour SIL home in Narara, Central Coast.
Fortnightly roster including day shift, active nights and split shifts that may vary based on business needs, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts up to full-time hours (38 hours per week). 3 to 10 hours per shift with split shifts.
Working with participants on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), you will positively engage people with various physical and mental health disabilities, contributing to making a meaningful difference by building their capacity with daily living, confidence in accessing the community and within themselves.
