Uniting St Luke’s Preschool Belmont North is looking for an amazing Diploma trained Educator to join our team for a full time 6 month maternity leave position (with paid shutdown in the July and October school holidays) and the possibility of part time in term 1 2027.
This position will be across both our preschool rooms over the week and will involve programming for children and the room.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to set up inviting learning environments, have strong documentation skills and a sound understanding of the learning cycle and the EYLF.
You will be coming in halfway through the year which we acknowledge can be difficult, however you will have the amazing support of your whole team. Uniting St Luke's is a Child Safe Service.
You must be able to clearly communicate how the Child Safe standards both impact and guide children's learning and sense of safety.
We are looking for someone with a passion for slow pedagogy, someone who is organised yet flexible and is confident in building relationships with children, families and community.
We would love someone that is energetic, gets excited about children's curiosity and is inspired by nature. finding learning opportunities all around them.
