Situation in Belrose, Uniting Wesley Gardens is a residential aged care service supporting eight separate households, each accommodating between 14 and 46 residents. Nestled in beautiful bushland, the service offers stunning views of the valley and ocean. Our team works collaboratively to ensure a thriving community—partnering closely with subject matter experts and the Service Manager to deliver care and experiences that are meaningful, engaging, and truly person-centred.
As the Deputy Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. You’ll collaborate closely with the Service Manager and multidisciplinary team to ensure operational excellence, quality clinical outcomes, and a culture of compassion and safety. You will have extensive experience in Dementia and complex care.
