Every child deserves the best possible start in life. Every parent deserves to feel confident, supported and connected.
At Uniting, we know that something as simple as a playgroup can become so much more. It can be the place where a child's developmental needs are identified early, where parents build confidence in their caregiving, where families find connection, and where brighter futures begin.
We're looking for a passionate Supported Playgroup Facilitator to join our Early Intervention team, delivering engaging, inclusive and developmentally rich playgroups across Southwest Sydney.
If you love working alongside young children and families, believe in the power of early intervention and enjoy creating fun, meaningful learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Supported Playgroup Facilitator, you'll create welcoming spaces where children aged 0–5 can learn through play while supporting parents to build the skills and confidence that help their children thrive.
You'll work closely with families, observing children's development, encouraging positive parent-child interactions and helping connect families with additional supports when needed.
Every session is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, celebrate milestones and make a genuine difference during the most important years of a child's life.
Working to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice brings its own rewards, but there’s more.
Should you have any questions, please contact Belinda Condon from Uniting's Talent Acquisition Team at [email protected] using the subject line: Supported Playgroup Facilitator - Cabramatta / Campbelltown / Gregory Hills enquiry via EthicalJobs.
