Join a team that is making a real difference in the lives of families facing homelessness and crisis. Uniting is seeking an experienced and compassionate Caseworker to join our Doorways for Men program in Campbelltown, NSW. In this rewarding role, you will walk alongside men with children and couples with children across the Macarthur, Camden and Wollondilly regions, providing practical support, advocacy, outreach, crisis intervention and strengths-based case management tailored to each family’s unique circumstances.
Through home visits and genuine relationship-building, you will empower families to overcome challenges, strengthen safety and stability, and remain together in healthy homes wherever possible. When families are experiencing homelessness or at immediate risk, you will play a vital role in supporting rapid re-housing, crisis responses and intensive support for complex needs. This is an opportunity to be part of meaningful change — helping families rebuild hope, connection and a safer future for themselves and their children.
Working to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice brings its own rewards, but there’s more.
Please contact Belinda Condon from Uniting’s Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions or enquiries – [email protected] using the subject line: Caseworker - Doorways for Men enquiry via EthicalJobs.
Employment with Uniting is subject to satisfactory background checks, which include National Police Checks, Working with Children Checks and Reference Checks.
At Uniting, inclusion isn’t just something we value – it’s how we work. Our culture and practice reflect the vibrant diversity of our colleagues, and the clients and communities we serve.
Uniting is a Child Safe Organisation committed to promoting the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of children and young people.
When you’re part of Uniting NSW.ACT, you’re part of a diverse, purpose-led team of people who are really making a difference to the world around them.
We contribute to the work and mission of the Uniting Church in NSW and the ACT through social justice advocacy, community services and spiritual care. We provide care and support for people through all ages and stages of life, with a focus on people experiencing disadvantage and vulnerability. Our purpose is to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice.
