What you’ll be doing in this role: 

We are looking for a part time (8 days per fortnight) permanent, shift work Care Coach to join Uniting Elanora.

As a Care Coach, you will ensure that care is delivered to the highest standards. You will run regular toolbox sessions and actively seek out education opportunities to engage and build the skills, knowledge and capacity of care service staff.  

Your other primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Contribute to continuous service improvement in line with Aged Care Standards.
  • Uphold Uniting’s values to maintain our strong reputation.
  • Collaborate across programs to deliver seamless, resident-focused services.
  • Engage in performance reviews to drive improvement.
  • Model our values, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards.
  • Handle queries and feedback from residents, families, colleagues, and service providers.

Who we’re looking for 

  • You’ll have a Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally, you’ll have previous supervisory experience in aged or community care, but if you’re experienced within a similar industry, we’d love to hear from you too. 
  • You’ll need to be adaptable and resourceful and be able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.
  • You’ll be experienced in using client/data management systems.
