Nestled in the peaceful charm of Singleton’s Hunter Valley, Elizabeth Gates offers a cozy, close-knit community where 35 residents feel right at home.

Meanwhile, Alroy House welcomes residents across two vibrant households, including a secure Memory Support Unit, caring deeply for those living with dementia. What you’ll do

You will ensure that care is delivered to the highest standard by supporting and developing your team, while actively seeking opportunities for education and engagement across the care team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain a high standard of conduct and work performance, reflecting Uniting’s values and reputation with stakeholders
  • Promote integration and collaboration across Uniting programs to deliver seamless, person-centred services
  • Actively participate in performance management frameworks and review processes
  • Model and uphold Uniting’s values, Code of Conduct, and Ethical Behaviour in all interactions

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in aged or community care is ideal, but we welcome candidates with qualifications in similar industries
  • Resilient, resourceful, and able to demonstrate Uniting’s values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care with medication
