Based in Parramatta, this role will have you joining the Home and Community Care team who are currently experiencing rapid growth and have several key projects about to commence.

As part of a small team, you will provide high level support and have varied responsibilities assisting with payroll, finance, suppliers and systems. This opportunity is a full-time fixed term position with a view to permanent. This role will be completing administrative tasks, for auditing, reviewing large databases and partnering with a sales team to complete tasks that support them.

It’s an energetic team working in a fast-paced complex environment with quickly changing priorities. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic who can have fun while achieving our goals

 Experience and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar support role
• Knowledge of MS Office suite including Excel and SharePoint
• Able to work in a complex environment with changing priorities
• Understanding of finance systems and processes
• High attention to detail.
• Effective communicator both written and verbal.
• Experience with rostering preferred but not needed.
