At Uniting, we believe every child deserves to grow up safe, connected and surrounded by strength, culture and opportunity. We are seeking a passionate Aboriginal Family Worker to join our Family Connect & Support (FCS) team in Southwest Sydney and play a meaningful role in walking alongside Aboriginal children, young people and families during times of challenge.
This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to create culturally safe pathways for families, strengthen community connections and help prevent issues from escalating by ensuring families receive the right support at the right time.
If you are deeply connected to community, passionate about supporting Aboriginal families, and committed to keeping children safe and thriving, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
Working to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice brings its own rewards, but there’s more.
Please contact Belinda Condon from Uniting’s Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions or enquiries – [email protected] using the subject line: Aboriginal Family Worker - Family Connect and Support enquiry via EthicalJobs.
