The Role
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will collaborate with service leaders to shape how programs connect with communities in a way that is accessible, respectful and effective.
This role brings together strategic thinking, creativity and analysis to support informed decision-making and meaningful engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with service areas to design and deliver targeted, audience-informed marketing strategies
- Leading integrated campaigns across digital, print and social media
- Using data, insights and engagement metrics to guide decisions and optimise outcomes
- Strengthening Youturn’s brand, visibility and trust within the community
- Aligning marketing activity with community needs, service priorities and measurable impact
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or related
- Graphic Design is desirable
Experience
- Proven experience in:
- Strategic marketing or business partnering roles
- Developing and delivering integrated campaigns
- Using data and insights to inform decisions
- Strong capability in:
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing
- Translating strategy into practical, high-impact campaigns
- Experience in mental health, community services, health or NFP sectors (highly regarded)
