We’re looking for a Digital Solutions Manager to help lead that journey.

The role (what you’ll actually do)

This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets delivery. You’ll:

• Shape and deliver our digital solutions roadmap
• Lead the design and optimisation of core systems, platforms and workflows
• Turn business needs into simple, user-centred digital solutions
• Drive automation, integration and continuous improvement
• Lead digital projects from concept to adoption
• Strengthen data integrity, governance and system security
• Partner across the organisation and with vendors to unlock smarter ways of working

You’ll sit at the centre of transformation; connecting people, systems and strategy to build a more agile, future-ready organisation.

What you bring

• Proven experience leading digital platforms, systems or transformation initiatives
• Strong capability in solution design, systems integration and optimisation
• Experience delivering complex projects with governance and measurable outcomes
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions
• Collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Digital, Business, Information Systems (or similar)
• Project/Agile certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum) – desirable
