The Research & Evaluation Officer will play a critical role in measuring project outcomes, collecting and analysing evidence, documenting workplace change, and helping build a strong evidence base to inform future initiatives in Tasmania and nationally.

This position will lead the implementation of project monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks, and support the collection of high-quality data across industry and participating workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in translating research findings into practical workplace resources
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and ethical standards
