You will lead project delivery, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, governance, reporting and evaluation activities across Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent planning, reporting and communication skills
  • Understanding of workplace gender equity, workplace relations or social change initiatives
  • Capacity to exercise judgment and discretion within a politically sensitive environment
  • Capacity to innovate and lead the delivery of creative and engaging learning activities

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant, which will include:

  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Uncapped personal leave
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions

Unions Tasmania values diversity, equity and inclusion, and we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities and workplaces we work with. We welcome applications from people with a broad range of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
