Join our team as the (Face-to-Face) Regular Giving Program Advisor where you will help turn powerful, human conversations into long term support that creates a real and lasting impact. This role sits at the heart of our mission—connecting people to a cause they believe in and inspiring them to support it for the long haul.

You’ll coordinate and strengthen our face to face fundraising program, ensuring every interaction reflects our values, delivers high quality donor experiences that drive sustainable outcomes.

Please note, this position is Full Time – Permanent. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working by agreement.   

Your part in our unitingcare team:

  • Coordinate day to day operations of the Face-to-Face Regular Giving program
  • Manage agency relationships, weekly WIPs and performance KPIs
  • Oversee site bookings, permits, training materials and program collateral
  • Conduct field visits, quality audits and compliance checks
  • Track and analyse program performance and provide insights
  • Deliver training and engage fundraising teams across various locations

What makes a difference for Us?

  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies. This may include aNationally Coordinated Police Check, Right to Work in Australia.
  • QLD Driver’s Licence (essential)
  • Experience in fundraising or Face-to-Face acquisition
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Confidence delivering training or group presentations
  • Analytical mindset with CRM and reporting experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
