The Individual Giving Coordinator will play a key role in growing and maintaining donor engagement through data-driven campaigns and tailored donor journeys across single giving. This position is focused on execution, and we are seeking an individual that can deliver the best possible experience to stakeholders, whilst achieving positive outcomes that align with business strategy.
Working within a high performing and cross functional team, the position holder will nurture individual donors for the UnitingCare family of brands including Lifeline, BlueCare, Family and Disability Services, The Wesley Hospital and St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital.
your part in our unitingcare team
- Support and contribute to the growth of UnitingCare’s donor base (across all brands) through the end-to-end delivery of donor acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels – direct mail, digital, and phone
- Coordinate the execution and evaluation of donor appeals and acquisition campaigns across direct mail, digital and phone channels
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, project plans and key milestones to ensure delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Oversee print and mailhouse production processes, including briefing, proofing, data handover and campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and quality across all outputs
- Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports and insights on key metrics including Return on Investment (ROI), donor retention and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners including agencies, printers and mailhouses to deliver high-quality campaign outcomes
- Draft and edit campaign content including direct mail, emails, social media posts and website updates.
What makes a difference for us?
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies. This may include a Nationally Coordinated Police Check, Right to Work in Australia.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience coordinating or delivering multi-channel fundraising or direct marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and competing deadlines
- Proven experience working with print and mailhouse production processes, including briefing, proofing and execution
- High attention to detail across campaign execution, data and production outputs
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external suppliers
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare briefs and campaign updates
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
